Hi guys, firstly thankyou to all the great customers Ive met over the last few years, I appreciate all of you buying from me As most of you know Im always happy to work with you to deliver at my own expense & I do my best to work around your schedules as I know that life can get in the way sometimes. However, recently I had a customer buy several items from me that they needed delivered to the far end of Shepparton which is not an issue, even though I wasnt going up that way. I asked them nicely to make sure that they were either home, or left the payment for me as the last time they bought something, they forgot twice, so I was giving them another go. They assured me they would leave it if they were not home....They did NOT and I wasted my time and my money on the fuel driving over there. Upon messaging them, they were apologetic & said they would leave the payment for me for when I was in that area next. Im way too easy going and said that was fine provided they rounded up by $1 to cover driving up there again. They were happy to do this & all was fine. Until this morning when they send a message to please cancel their order!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! I have now deleted my first ever customer from facebook..Please guys, be reasonable. I know that most of you are & Im sorry for the gripe but I think thats a little off. To everyone else, thanks for doing the right thing & Ill continue to deliver at my own cost & in my own time for you. Have an awesome day :)
