Hi guys, just a reminder (its that time of the week again) that we will be at our base, in Felling, tomorrow evening from 6-9. If you want to come along and help, we could really do with the extra hands. We have a lot to get through tomorrow night to get ready for this weekend, where we will be doing our outreach on the streets again as destiny church is closed this week. Not only that, but after last weekends events, we felt it would be beneficial to do a walk about outreach this week, where we will be walking round town after our normal outreach, with our rucksacks at the ready for anybody who needs them. When we do this, we quite often find people who we havent met before and who arent aware what alternate doing or that they can get food and clothes every Saturday at destiny church, so its a vital part of what we do. These are usually the people who need us most, the hidden homeless who arent at the forefront of it all, the ones who just slip away into the background. As you can imagine we will have a lot to sort out this week, so if you have some spare time tomorrow night, we could really do with your help. Also if you have any donations you would like to bring along to us, please comment below and I will send you all the details. Weve been working on a big fundraising event, planned for the very near future, today, and should have news for you all about it tonight, so watch this space, we need your help to make it happen!
