Hi, how long it is required for Commercial Bank to issue a clearance letter? All debts cleared on 26th February, 2014 and application for clearance letter submitted on March 07, 2014. (Delayed the application because I was expecting the clearance letter will be issued automatically). Upon submission the customer care executive told me maximum 05 working days and now it is 09 working days. Visiting the branch they are acting like they cant do anything. With all my previous experiences with CBQ including my loan approval delay, Wrong name in Credit Card, Registration of Qatari ID into the system delay and all other I must say the worst bank in Qatar in Customer Service. Now I know why people advised me not to go to CBQ when I started this account and also as our HR team says many people moves out of it and nobody want to go into it. Thanks
