Hi local moms. Im 8 months pregnant and doing what I can to stay in shape! Im starting a free 2 WEEK PREGNANT/POSTPARTUM MAMA PUSHUP CHALLENGE on November 10th. Its only a 1 min a day pregnancy-safe exercise challenge held in a private Facebook group. A couple group members here did it with me the last round :) The purpose of this group is to encourage mamas to stay active and healthy during and after their pregnancy. #PregnantNotPowerless.
