Hi my name is Tiffany. I was 325 January 2014 now Im at 283. My goal is 175 or 150. Its taken me a while but Ive lost most of my weight the past couple of months Ive been really hitting it hard. Ive cut out grains with diabetes in the family theres no need for them. My healthy foods consist of fruits veggies chicken fish 1 a week red meat nuts yogurt n coconut or almond milk. Im not on something as strict as u guys r but its been working for me and Ive been seeing awesome results. Focusing on small goals is key to me. I dont look at the big picture or else ill or overwhelmed. My goal is to b healthy n fit for me n my 2 year old. Im so excited for this journey!
