Hi there! I’m renting out a room in Copenhagen, near Sydhavn St. The room is big, bright and spacious. The reason for renting is that my current roommate has decided to move in with his girlfriend, which is why I am now looking for a new roommate. The apartment is 115 square meters and is equivalently bright and spacious to the room, which is 15 square meters. The apartment is placed on the 6th floor in Sluseholmen not far from the train station. It has two balconies, both with beautiful views over the canals of Copenhagen and Amagerfællede. The room has a huge build-in closet, which is not included in the 15 square meters. You will, of course, gain access to all the apartment facilities such as kitchen, bathroom, balconies, dishwasher, dryer etc. The address is Dexter Gordons Vej 59, 5.th. The monthly rent is fairly expensive and lies on 7.000,-. But this is all included - water, electricity, heat, home- and content insurance, television, internet, etc. There will be a payment in advance on one month rent and a deposit on 18.000,-.
