Hi vendors! Please take note: Tables are 2 ft x 4 ft in measurement and have no skirting. You will need to provide your own skirting. Measurement for cloth is 2m x 1.5m. Attached is the new floor plan as wr have been moved to an opposite room due to the previous room being booked as office space rented out WEF December 2014. It will still be first come first serve unless otherwise arranged. Dark blue area is where electricity will be made available. These are all taken up. If you need to use the walls to hang banners and art pieces, please seek approval or inform organizers. Our advice is to purchase only original 3m removable hooks which will not damage the venues facilities. If you need the floor around the table to place art pieces please prepare your own protective sheet in the form of a canvas or cloth. Toilets are located just outside so you can use them as changing rooms if customers wish to try on clothes. There is a loading bay for retailers who need the space. We are currently at 40 tables and MAY open up more tables if we can find enough space to make rhe event stroller friendly for parents. If you have goodies (product samples not name cards and flyers) and would like to insert into our goodie bags to be given out to 100 pre registered visitors pls let us know in advance!
