Although the weights are light, there are a few reasons why this could be potentially harmful to our body and why many orthopedic surgeons, at least those concerned with keeping patients OFF their operating table, wont recommend CrossFit as a way to get in great shape! We all know it CAN be great. Its just up to us, Coaches, to keep you safe while you figure it all out. Do IT Better every day
