Highlights of just one of the exercises I did for chest yesterday: Incline Bench Press. The three and a half plates is feeling more comfortable each week, it felt good to feel the four plates, I havent tried it in a while. Feedback from my spotter was that he didnt have to kick in too much so itll be mine soon Im sure. Overall it was a really good session with lots of volume.
