Highs the next few days will be trapped in the 40s for highs as thick clouds go nowhere fast. Widespread light to moderate showers today, especially towards the coast. Winds will be out of the North at 5-15 mph. While most of the rain will be light, it will be carrying over into Thursday for an especially rainy day. Rain does not move out completely until the second half of Friday. Temperatures will not fall below freezing the next few nights, but highs only warm 10-15 degrees from morning lows in the 30s through Friday. By the weekend, high pressure will settle in and sunshine returns. Highs over the weekend will make it into the upper 60s to lower 70s.
