Hiring HOUSEKEEPERS (EXPERIENCE A MUST) (Covington-GA) POSITION SUMMARY: Experienced Room Attendants needed to carry out housekeeper duties in Covington,Ga. Will be responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition in line with hotel policies and guest satisfaction. POSITION REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Previous experience working at a hospitality environment is preferred. - Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred. - Must follow a step by step housekeeping process for hotel room checkout. - Team player Self-motivated - independent worker - Must show outstanding customer service skills at all times - Must pass a criminal background check, drug test and must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: - The housekeeper is responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas. - Will performs any combination of cleaning duties to maintain hotel rooms in a clean and orderly manner which generally include common areas and the preparation of vacant rooms. - Making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning rooms, cleaning halls, dusting, and vacuuming. - Check all vacant rooms daily to keep fresh. - Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material - Maintain all equipment used in completion of housekeeping duties. - Other duties may be assigned as needed.
