Holy Cow! Batmans first arch enemy was Japanese American who uses his mob connections to avoid being interred, while he applies fancy zombie creating electronic gadgetry to obtain radium and tritium, with which he then plans to use to build a super-ray gun that will enable his emperor to establish a new world order. The Japanese arch enemy is played by someone who doesnt look or act Japanese at all, and laughably hatches his plans under what is supposed to be a fearsome looking statue of Buddha. The ignorance and fear tactics that enabled so many people to be sent to their deaths in senseless war and destruction is revealed in its full ungloriousness.
