Holy sweet miraculous morning!! For the first time since my dance injury in 2008, I woke up WITHOUT PAIN!! ... Most of you dont know because I never let on, but Ive been in constant pain for the past 6 years... That time we were laughing together? ..In pain... That time you saw me perform? .. In pain... During every clip in my reel, on every set while filming? .. In pain... In dance rehearsal? Out in the desert? In acting class? Talking about movies and life and science and creativity and love? ... Yup. I was in excruciating pain... But today is amazing!! Im so profoundly grateful for my myofascial release session yesterday and for the stretching homework that my massage therapist sent me home with ... I still have more healing to do, and this is just the beginning, but this is fn HUGE! I cant stop singing and dancing!! hahaha ... Im so excited, energized and grateful! ... Im off to dance rehearsal now! Grinning from ear to ear! Thank you, Frances @ the Myofascial Release Center :-)
