Cornbread Ingredients: 1 cup yellow cornmeal 1 cup flour 1/3 cup sugar 4 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk, whole or 2% 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup vegetable oil How to make Cornbread: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In a second bowl, combine milk, egg, and vegetable oil. Stir together. Add the liquid mix to the dry ingredients. Stir together just enough to mix. Pour batter into a greased 8 X 8 baking pan. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or the top is slightly browned. Serve warm or cool.
