Honey colored Tyler is so upset with his placement in the Brooklyn ACC that he doesn’t feel so well. His tummy is upset AND he caught the shelter wide kennel cough. Is it any wonder that he was only lukewarm toward the assessor during his behavior evaluation? He wasn’t interested in toys or food or people - he just wanted to lie down so he could feel better. He did try to respond to the strange dog who they brought to meet him but he showed no overt aggression. Tyler was found as a stray and guessed to be only about one year old. This winsome young lad would like to live many more years; heck, he’d like to live through tomorrow. New Yorkers in the summertime have a poor track record in saving dogs, especially pit bull mixes. Without a willing human, Tyler will die tomorrow and our world will be a bit sadder. Please advocate for Tyler tonight.
