Hopefully we are on the right path for helping Chrissy get better. It definitely isnt a fast path but we have the right doctors guiding us. A strick med schedule for the next 3 weeks followed by a CT scan then possibly surgery to fix one problem then a waiting game for the other problem. One doctor is puzzled while the other is intrigued. Our little medical anomaly is keeping the doctors polishing their stethoscopes! She is slowly getting her appetite back but she is no where full strength. Some days are good, some arent but there are days that are great. We live for those days & pray the others will soon be long past. Chrissy & I would like to say thank you to those who have shown us there are caring people around us. Our hearts have been warmed by those who have offered advise, soft words of encouragement, & prayers. We are blessed to have good people around us. We are also appreciative of the coaches, players, & teachers who understand we are doing everything we can to help her get better & are allowing her to take the time away that is needed to find the answers. Thank you for filling in around her! Again we are so thankful for the genuine concern & dear friendships during this time.
