How about this Claire Calandros. I took an oath to serve my country as I was preparing to become a Marine and 20 years later I have never rescinded that oath. Theres an old saying, Once a Marine, always a Marine. There is no such thing as an ex-Marine. Im sorry if your friend who you said is a Marine vet doesnt take that seriously or never developed that sense of loyalty. Btw, if you think ALL of my pics are of me touting being a Marine as you suggest, perhaps you should take a little time and scroll through my albums. You can see me at ball games with my kids, screaming at filthy tree huggers, having fun times on vacation, by the side of a young man fighting cancer.....a whole variety of other photos to choose from. You and I have never had any ill words that I recollect so I have to assume the reason you felt the need to attack me for being proud of my service(past & present) to the country I love, is you really dont like the fact that I busted Nicky Joe Rahall out on his ridiculous response to me when I asked him point blank how he could support this current administration given the fact theyre waging a war on our way of life. His exact words, BECAUSE IM A DEMOCRAT. His words......not mine. I responded boldly, WELL IM AN AMERICAN. Basically letting him know I dont give a flying leap what party youre a part of, your loyalties should be first and foremost to the people you represent regardless of what letter is behind your name. So YES, I want to be known as an American. NOT an (R) and most certainly NOT a (D). So if you still have a problem with me(for whatever reason), feel free to air it out here. Since youve already made it public in a comment on a picture I posted, well just make it a little more public. SEMPER FREAKIN FI!
