How is it possible for people to believe that Israel is trying to avoid killing innocent civilians? How is it possible that any-one could believe that these casualties are being caused because Hamas is hiding behind them? How do people persuade themselves that when Israel says its action is solely in the defence of its own people Israel is telling the truth? How can the Israelis possibly believe that those of us who know what is actually happening in Gaza can ever be persuaded to change our minds by their latest campaign of Hasbara? Everything happening in Gaza now, every house bombed, every family destroyed or dispossessed, every child or old person killed or left bereaved, every grief-stricken parent, every shattered corpse, gives the lie to every word that comes out of the Israeli propagandists mouth.
