How much of our land has been looted? We need an audit of every piece of land / plot given by GIDC, GSIDC, IDC, EDC and see the history of it and you will find huge amount of public wealth given out to private parties. Heck, the patto area itself which is land-filled --- how come it is now with lots of private parties? The history of Goa after liberation is the history of transfer of public land to private parties.
