How often do we say where is the police when we need them.. Well today one was there when needed. I was walking thru the Walmart parking lot on my lunch hour. I saw this gal putting some items in the back of a pickup truck. My first thought was, why is that stuff not in bags... Then the truck drove right by me. I looked in the back of the truck. What I saw was lots of items, not in shopping bags. It was then obvious they were shop lifting at walmart. I was in such shock I didnt get the license plate number. As I got closer to the store a lady sitting on the bench said to me you saw that too, didnt you? I then turned to see which way the truck went, there was a police officer unlocking someones car. I sprinted over to him, told him what I saw and gave a description of the truck. I went into the store and told the clerk what I saw, she said they would look at the camera. When I left the parking lot to make my next stop at Michaels, there was the truck surrounded by 4 police cars! As I was leaving Michaels the police officer made eye contact with me. I had my window down and told him good job! He came over and spoke to me, told me thanks for letting him know what I saw... Saddest part of this whole story...there were little children in the truck. what is wrong with people?
