How should you prepare for triWELLathon 2013? •water – it’s important to stay hydrated •bug spray – this is after all a mostly outdoor event! •Yoga mat – if you have your own personal use one, please bring it. Yoga sessions are outside on the grass. •LUNCH – please BYOL (bring your own lunch) and if perishable, a cold-storage container to keep it safe in your car. (Sorry, we just won’t have room in our tiny fridge to store everyone’s lunch!) •sunscreen – lots of it because our plan is that it will be a beautiful sunny day! •rain poncho… ok, just in case it drips a little from the sky…. •a sweater to wear over your workout gear in case of chilly winds amid the sun •if you need them, non-perishable snacks to re-energize your body between classes •parking – car pool if you can, bring a bike, take the bus (route #19 / 119 on 16 Ave NW and/or transfer to #40/ 407/ 408 which stop in front of Carma House), or bring your car. Be prepared to walk from further away if you’re coming at noon or later for the afternoon activities.
