Humanity as whole has really been turning my stomach lately. I keep my mouth shut because I cant do anything about it, and I am just as guilty as most about not making it better. Standing on my soapbox wont help the situation either because thats the easy way to help.This video makes me believe in human kindness again. It inspires me to want to give more then I have. To try to go above and beyond for those I dont even know, just to make them happy or their lives easier. I know (sadly) this feeling is fleeting and soon I will see the negative more then the positive in humanity again. But I will remember the look of amazement on these girls faces and whole heartedly agree with the mother when she says We only want their future to be bright. As a new dad I am more and more ashamed of the world that I have made for my daughter, and even more ashamed of the little that I have done to better it. In fact I have done more harm then good. She inspires me to want to be a better person. To want EVERYONE to be better people. So we all can be as happy as these girls are all the time and not feel guilty about it.
