I Trained in a Commercial Gym today, and it was what you would expect. Dirty, Messy (there is a difference) and many people wasting a lot of Time. I did see a few Hard Workers and watched an Older Man (My Age) Squat Deeply with Weight. I had an Incredible Workout simply because I was excited to be somewhere I enjoyed-the Weightroom! On the Road, any decent Gym is a Bonus, but there is only one IPF Baby!
