I agree that the some of the guys that resorted to following her for extended periods of time (keep in mind the guy walking next to her never said another thing after have a nice day, was probably walking in the same direction although I wouldnt have walked so close) or making suggestive comments/yelling like shes a piece of meat could/should count as harrassing, ESPECIALLY if as a woman you say No thank you, Im not interested. But lets be serious, not every single thing said was harassment. Its not a crime to say hi or call someone pretty, or to even say have a nice evening.
