“I always had the dream to open a brewery up here. The first two restaurants I had, both these buildings we built on wood supports or pylons and none of them were able to hold a brewery,” he said. “Once we found this building, it was perfect for what we needed. It had solid concrete floors, a large area for an outdoor beer garden, and a place for a deck and (music) stage. It was all there.”
