I am a music therapist and, as an outreach, I started a (mostly) senior citizens choir here in Newberg. We call ourselves Prime Time Singers and have been singing together for a couple of years now. My excellent pianist is starting nursing school full-time and is no longer able to play for us. Is there anyone in this group, or do you know anyone, who would be willing and able to play for us? It does take a certain level of skill, we sing mostly old-time pop songs and hymns. We practice at the Cultural Center from 1 to 2 on Fridays, but that is somewhat flexible if we need to be. We also sing for care homes every couple of months. Its not a moneyed operation at all, so were looking for a volunteer.
