I am home in VA with my mother. I was so happy to see my husband and birds again. The stress is still here, but there is less of it. My mother slept well for the first time in months once she got here. She is eating better too. We have a lot of kinks to iron out and the moving van will arrive on Monday with my mothers belongings. Where to put the stuff!?! I will have to sell, donate and throw out some of my own things. I hope to have to links to the auction sites soon. I am very pleased with the liquidators, Caring Transitions, so far. I forgot a pair of Mikimoto pearl earring in my mothers house. They are valued at around $3,000. I called them and they had found the earring about 15 minutes before I called. They thought they were awesome, had photographed them and were going to put them up for auction. I asked them to send the earrings back to me and they are on their way here. Ill try to write about the travel and the reactions of my birds to my home coming later. I just wanted to say, HI! to all my friends on FB.
