I am hoping to meet with a few members of the Doubting Thomases in the next couple of days to explore how we can widen our audience base by affiliating ourselves with like-minded larger organizations. The facts need to be disseminated to counteract the massive propaganda supporting the Israeli attacks. Western governments are supporting one of the worst bloodbaths imaginable where the chief victims are civilians. Already over 200,000 Gazans are displaced, representing 10% of the population. The death toll is steadily rising now well above 2000, of whom 80% are civilians. Their only power plant has been bombed. Water is becoming scarcer. There is literally nowhere to flee. All borders are closed to Palestinians while Mosques, hospitals, homes, and schools are continuing to be bombed in this reign of terror. It is sickening to hear the propaganda apologists through the mainstream media reciting the lies used to support Israel. The U.S. Congress voted 100 to 0 to support the bombing. The peace process is a sham. The Palestinians cannot be expected accept conditions of a cease fire which necessitate continuing to live a deadly nightmare in the worlds largest open air prison. This genocide must be condemned and stopped. There are too many similarities between the policies of Israel and those of former Nazi Germany. In this case the genocide is of Palestinians. Turkey is only country which has unequivocally condemned the carnage. We want to be able to share our postings on facebook sites of as many like-minded organizations as possible to get the word out.
