I am seriously concerned about Quality of Sri Lankan E-Commerce - TopicsExpress

I am seriously concerned about Quality of Sri Lankan E-Commerce and Banking Web sites. Yesterday I tried to make a payment to TicketsLK and after completing payment procedure their site gave state 500 (internal server error) page with default Apache exception trace. Today same sort of failure (500) happened when i tried to log out from American Express card member on-line portal. Both these sites are handling Money which is the main target of hackers and seem to have failed implementing even basic computer security levels.
