I am showing you how to take the peel off the marrow. Take the one end off so you can stand it up.. Then start to take off the peel until it is all off...The slice down the middle of the marrow..Then take all the seeds out.. Place the two halves on a baking tray.. In the center of the two slices place mushrooms..Sliced tomato.. a little grated cheese..Then put on the top of all that.. BACON.. as many pieces as you like according to how many people you are sharing it with..Then bake until it is cooked.. Test it by putting a knife in to see if the marrow is cooked..
