I am so frustrated that I really must vent! I have a simple problem that I need dealt with, so I call the 800 number to get this LONG, automated process to go through to finally get to speak to a person. I stated my dilemma, then was transferred to another department, at which time I was disconnected. I went through this process FOUR times, finally being assured that I was given the number and name of the person to help me. Guess what - a message to leave my # for a call back! That was 2 hours ago and no call back! Ill give them 1 more hour and then IF I get to talk to a PERSON again, I just might not be the sweet, soft-spoken Kay that I try to be! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
