I am so grateful for the turnout and support of our farm to table meals on Wednesdays. We have had many wonderful reviews and positive feedback. Thank You. This coming Wednesday night Scott will be preparing Red Snapper. The meal will come with broccolini dressed with a lemon butter sauce, rice pilaf, grilled tomato slices topped with feta cheese and a side of sauteed spinach. All the ingredients are as local and organic as we can find.
