I am so proud of my client Marg as she attended my appy cooking class and now look at you!! She held a Christmas party for her dear friends. So proud of your cooking success! If anyone needs more recipe ideas please ask I am here to help!! Recipe for the Stuffed Mini Tomatoes! Ingredients ½ C (125 ml) spreadable low-fat cream cheese ½ C (125 ml) low-fat mayonnaise 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure Seasoning for BLT Hot Dip 24 cherry tomatoes, top and seeds removed Instructions 1. Combine first three ingredients in a bowl, and set aside. 2. Turn trimmed tomatoes upside down on paper towels to remove as much excess moisture as possible. Reserve tops, if desired. 3. Using a very small spoon, fill each cherry tomato with cream cheese mixture. Replace tomato top for a fun presentation.
