I am sorry that some were offended by my technique for collecting - TopicsExpress

I am sorry that some were offended by my technique for collecting unfulfilled trophy pledges before I send copy to the Show Chair for inclusion in the catalog. However, it was the only reasonable way for me to accomplish the task. Over the last few months I have had pledges by email, by text, by Facebook message, by phone call and by letter. So reaching out to individuals is just not practical. I suppose if I were more organized I might keep a ledger where I record each communication but I didnt. If someone wants to volunteer to take over the job of collecting pledges next year I would be happy to have your help. (For those considering applying for the job, I estimate the record-keeping, accounting and cat-herding part of this job as approximately 25-30 hours). As of this morning, there are still a ton of unfulfilled pledges and after todays mail delivery I plan to release all of the trophies for which I have not received payment. AGILITY: 3 trophies CONFORMATION: 24 trophies LURE COURSING: 9 trophies TRIATHLON: 2 trophies OBEDIENCE: 10 trophies RALLY: 2 trophies SWEEPS: 10 trophies So here is what I would like you to do: Visit the trophy sponsor list and check to be sure that PAID is beside your name on the sponsor list. The trophy lists are found at heathcock.org//2014trophies/ While you are there check the spelling of your name(s) and dedication if any. If you have paid, or if the check is in the mail, email me immediately and I will not remove your name from the sponsorship list: heathcock@camelotrr Send your payment by one of the three ways outlined on the trophy list page Clayton Heathcock RRCUS Trophy Sponsorship Chair
