I am starting my 100 days of gratitude, it it easy just just list 3-5 things that you are grateful for on facebook. It is even more important on the days you are struggling! There are no rules, you can list as many things as you want: Day #1 1. The love and support I have from family and friends 2. The god given privilege of raising 6 amazing human beings 3. For the Kennedy and the Marinaccio family connect and become one big family 4. Having a great relationship with my children 5. A close friend of mine son just entered rehab 6. Feeling so close to god 7. My son Carmens celebration of life was the best ceremony I have ever attended (as crazy as that sounds). The love was so strong and powerful. 8. Finding the perfect resting place for my son, near a huge angel! 9. Having family and friends that dropped everything in their lives, spent money they didnt have, and were absolutely fearless and entered a place of pure love, to support our family. 10. That god was with me, he held me up and all I felt was the warmth of his love. 11. To have God entrust me with Carmen Marinaccio life and that my sons life helped others feel welcome, loved, and accepted. What a privilege! 12. Most importantly, that through the loss of my mother and brother I knew at an early age not to take life for granted, we traveled, we celebrated every birthday, they were always taught that to be successful was measured by the kind of person you are and how you treat others, an institution (a school, a college or a job) does not define your worth. 13. That I have learned many tough life lessons at an early age, that have allowed me to help others. 14. Most importantly, I really can say I have no regrets in my relationship with my son Carmen, we have an unbreakable bond! 15. I should have listed this first...that Ashley, Andre, Dominic Marinaccio, Julian Marinaccio and Ben Marinaccio are so brave, so loving, so supportive, and they have all given me a reason to live each day to the fullest! Yes, there is no doubt as someone said on facebook, that Carmen was from this world but not of this world. Each of my children are unique and are extraordinarily special!
