I am very pleased that my colleague Julian Sturdy’s Control of Horses Bill has successfully passed through the Commons. This Bill tackles the important issue of horses being fly-grazed, a problem I care greatly about, especially after a terrible incident in Alton where dozens of fly-grazed horses were found in a terrible condition in a field.
