I bought cars at both Toyota dealerships. I was treated fairly and with respect. The second car I purchased at the copper location began having serious problems after about 6 months. It was a Chevrolet and still under warranty with chevy. After the fourth trip to get the warranty work done I went back to the LHM dealer and asked them to help me get out of the car. I didnt believe that I was sold a bad car intentionally but it is what happened. I was so upside down because of short a time I owned the car and I was very concerned that I was going to be blown off and told I was out of luck. Boy was I wrong to worry. LHM on copper really took care of me! They worked really hard for me to get me into a different car and worked it so that I was in really good shape financially. I would tell anyone looking for a car to go there. They were all friendly and helpful. I am still grateful for what they did to help me. They made it right because they care about customer service. They went above and beyond what I expected and found ways to get it done. Im impressed. Thank you Ray, Ken, Nick, and Manny. You made a stressful and bad situation much better. There is one thing that is a little frustrating. When Ken had his day off all work regarding my situation seemed to stop until I showed up asking for some information. I think I would have had to wait for Ken to get back for things to move forward. It would be nice if I didnt have to sit in the show room for 5 hours. Of course if you have your financing ready when you get there Im certain things move forward a lot faster.
