I completed a GREAT lower body workout in the gym For Glutes —Single Leg Glute Bridge 20 reps x 3 sets For Quads— Jefferson Squats 20 reps x 3 sets (compound move so this also works calves, glutes, hamstrings and lower back) For Hamstrings— Kettlebell One Leg Deadlift 20 reps x 3 sets (Love this move because it challenges your balance) “and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32 AMEN …I know God is my #1 motivation when it comes to my weight loss journey because my body is not my own, but his, and should be treated as a holy temple (1 Corinthians 6:19)… I use to make the mistake of using other people bodies as my motivation and it has failed me in the past but knowing the truth of the Word of God has set me free and i look at my Weight loss journey in another Light.
