I decided to sing one of my original songs live. I wrote this song to remind many people to stay strong and dont let bullies get to you. Sure, they might make an impact on you right now in this moment but nothing lasts forever and eventually they will leave you alone. Being insecure surely does suck, but Ive realized that you hold the key to your own happiness. Do what makes you happy. Dont let anyone hold you back. Dont give up on yourself… Im sick of seeing everybody act like this Cause were hurting one another like its on our list of to- dos. Before you speak think it through We should value imperfections the most perfect thing Cause they make us something special so were not the same but we dont only the bad is shown I wish we could all be, happy, satisfied. but were hurting from the tears we cry But when you look in the mirror and see your wonderful soul Oh I want you to know that youre beautiful. When you look in the mirror feeling down on yourself Well youre beautiful so dont be anybody else… Cause youre beautiful Yeah youre beautiful Youre so tired of the hatred that you always get Cause you try and dodge the bullets but you always miss the clear Youre living life in fear And you try and walk around with a smile on your face But they all just put you down and you feel like a disgrace And your worst enemies yourself Why cant we come together and help So we could all be happy, satisfied but were hurting from those last goodbyes But when you look in the mirror and see your wonderful soul Oh I want you to know that youre beautiful.
