I designed a logo for a client, received full payment upfront and sent ideas, the information from the client was vague and very open to ideas. The client came back with problems opening the file & demanded a refund. she has the digital files so a physical object cant be returned. the client has since informed me that my designs were basic, very amateur and personally attacked my skills questioning my profession. I have offered to resend the files to ensure they would function, or even new designs. she is adamant she is entitled to a refund. Im struggling to know what to do for the best as I will be out of pocket for my time- a good 2 hours in total. Any advice would be great! thanks! can anyone help
