I did not want to run my 12 mile run today but I sucked up my excuses and laced up my shoes. Im so glad I did! I got in some great prayers for my family and friends and soaked in the sun. Sa-Jar and I saw 6 deer, skydivers and metal detector people!! He ran 5 miles with me and when Milo picked him up he didnt want to leave me. Milo said he watched me until I was out of eyesight. Love that dog and my wonderful crew chief of a husband for supporting me on all my crazy endeavors. Tell your loved ones you love them today and enjoy the beauty all around!!
