I did the dishes today at the Smith home. After a nice lunch with my lovely wife at a new restaurant, picking out paint colors for the house, and an all together nice day off, I assumed I had earned the right to go play basketball. I was wrong. Kim was highly disappointed in my decision, and made her feelings known. As the man of the house, and priest of the home, and as her pastor, I told her that she needed to be submitted to me and that I would be home later. While at the gym, in the heat of the game, a young man tries to pass the ball around me. Apparently, this cannot be done with out punching me in the face, leaving a 2 gash above my eyebrow and blood everywhere. I made my way to the house, and discovered that Passa Kim was not home. She had gone to Target. A lady in our church is a nurse, so I called her husband, and they said they would be right over to check it out. At this point, I still have not talked to Passa Kim. Im also not sure if it is because there is no phone signal in Target, or she has aught in her heart against the man of God. As I waited for our guests to arrive, whom she did not invite, and is currently unaware they are on their way, I realized that the cut on my face is the least of my concerns. So... While I waited.... I did the dishes today at the Smith home.
