I didnt notice another post below regarding this, so I do apologize if this is a repeat issue. I am hoping for some advice on how to deal with some very difficult/noisy neighbors. We own a house in the UCR area. We have a high concentration of students renting which is to be expected. We are used to a certain number of parties and increased noise level. However, we had a new group of students move in next door who have brought things to a whole new level. They are currently going at it. I have a little infant girl and the bass reverberates through our house and is affecting her and our quality of sleep (of which I get little anyway). It also often reeks of pot outside which is not exactly the kind of thing to which I want my young baby exposed. Since our bedrooms are against the outside wall closest to them, I am forced to try and rock and soothe my baby in the living room farthest away (which really has little effect). I have placed three calls so far tonight into the non-emergency police line, but am told that other more urgent matters are simply making response to the issue delayed. In addition to the parties, they seem to be running some sort of mechanics garage. If anyone might have any suggestion as to how I might be able to address this issue and improve our quality of life, I would appreciate it!
