I dont know how to do this... I dont know how to be a parent in this new world. Our kids have so many other pressures and situations to deal with then I couldve ever imagined. My girls went to a friends house this evening in Fenton. They were given a curfew. At 12:15 I texted my daughter. Within just a few moments their lives were turned up side down. A group of people with bandannas covering their faces, came into the house and started shooting guns. I know there was a confirmed 14 bullet holes, but all I keep hearing was it was a lot... Now, 4 hours later all the girls are tucked into bed safely, and I lay here pondering what to do.... how to handle this.... what to do differently inn the future.... and thanking God no one was significantly hurt or killed....
