I dont know if it is a curse or a blessing or both. Recently Im starting to think it is both depending to what I set my full attention. But anyway, I want to document what I saw and learned tonight. So... Tilikum and Taima are the parents of Malia. The smaller Orca I saw in April of 2011 swimming next to her mom Taima was Malia. Malia is Taimas third baby. Taima had Sumar and Tekoa (both boys) before Malia. According to what I read it sounds like Taima had some kind of post partum depression, but instead of depression she had post partum aggression. It is documented in more than one source that Taima became agressive towards her three children on an unspecified but high incidence rate. (Im witholding sources here to protect them. Sorry.) I dont want to disclose my sources because they are AFRAID. I wonder what threat or words were said to them. These people live tormented. Back to Taima... She was in the same water contained by the large pool that is separated into smaller pools by passthrough gates. When you look at the video at the bottom of this post you will see Dawn (the trainer that was killed) Tilikum, and an assistant trainer to the left of Dawn. There is an UNGODLY screech at 1:38 (minutes:seconds) into the video, and then the assistants reaction which was to ask the trainer at the opposite end of the pool if they took a picture via hand gesture are KEY facts to what happened. If you watch the video closely there is another trainer at the opposite (all the way in the background) end of the pool. He is not watching the action created by Dawn and Tilikum, and the trainer assistant. The trainer at the far end of the pool has his back to the show. The trainer at the far end is watching another area separated from the main pool (where the Shamu Show is held). The area the trainer at the far end of the picture is watching is a closed off (via closed pass through gate) which has a glass wall viewing area. Ugh! It feels like a curse right now. The park map location number 66 on the parks web sites map is wrong. That is not where the underwater viewing area is. Why is there an error in the park map for the reference point to the Shamu Underwater area? If you look at the park map youll see the Shamu dining experience at number 68. The video was shot in the pool behind the building located at number 68 on the map. If you draw an imaginary line from the shamu dining experience (#68) to the Games Area (Number 59) you will see the following as you travel along that imaginary line: a white square roof, and a small rectangular pool. The far edge of that rectangular pool from the Shamu Dining Experience (#68) is where the glass wall viewing area is located. That is the correct location for the number 66. Back to the video link I enclose at the end of this post. At one minute and thirty eight seconds you hear an UNGODLY sound and you see the assistant trainer motion to the trainer at the far end of the pool (under the white square roof on the web sites park map) if he took a picture. The trainer at the far end of the pool behind the (number #68 - The Shamu dining experience) has his back to Dawn, Tilikum, and the videos photographer because he is watching the small pool where the glass viewing area is located. That GOD AWFUL SOUND you hear in the video at 1:38 (mm:ss) is TAIMA banging her head against the glass of the glass viewing wall and SCREECHING! It was described as being so hard and loud that those who watched in HORROR on more than one occasion thought TAIMA fractured her skull. Poor Tilikum is trying to stay on cue and do cutesy Tricks with Dawn while he AND ALL THE TRAINERS are aware that TAIMA is SCREECHING and BANGING HER HEAD AGAINST the glass so hard that it can be heard around the WHOLE ORCA POOL! (Its on the video) It seems as though Tai (Taima) has a temper. She sounds like a female alpha. Tai and Tilikum were in love. Seaworld would house them together at times; during which Taima would be happy. Seaworld would house Tilikum and Taima separately at times; during which Taima became very angry and would bang her head against the viewing glass wall so hard that people would go check to make sure the glass was not cracked and Taima did not fracture her skull. Hence why Dawns assistant asked the other far away trainer if they took a picture when the UNGODLY SCREECH and sound was heard at 1:38 (mm:ss). And heres where Im going to criticize Seaworld with FACT. Pay attention everyone this is how you say something with FACT. The manner in which Takara was moved to Texas is beyond CRUEL! Fortunately, Katina, the other pod matriarch took TAKARAs baby TRUA under her fin and watched over him after Takara was moved to TEXAS. I guess Trua was young enough to not REMEMBER the horror of what was done to him and his MOTHER. In 2009, Seaworld separated Takara (another bright matriarch of the Orca pod) from her baby Trua while he was still nursing. They did so by locking up Trua in one of the smaller pools behind the big pool where the SHAMU show goes on. They would close the passthrough gate. They would forcibly separate Takara from her nursing baby; TRUA. They increased the amount of time of separation with each new separation period. They even had to cancel the Shamu Believe show on occasion because TAKARA would abandon her cue and desperately run to the passthrough gate and SCREECH (You hear another Orcas screech in the video at 1:38 mm:ss) in desperation to reach her nursing baby on the other side of the fence. Takara became depressed and despondent as a result of the forced separation from her baby, TRUA, before he was weened. Takara was already pregnant with another baby by Tilikum at the time she was INCREDIBLY AND HORRIBLY SEPARATED FROM HER NURSING BABY, TRUA. God helped Sakara get through that unfortunate circumstance with the birth of her baby, SAKARI, in Texas. um... SEAWORLD IS TO ISSUE A PUBLIC EXPLANATION OF WHY IT SEPARATED A PREGNANT ORCA FROM HER NURSING BABY IN ORDER TO RELOCATE HER TO TEXAS in 2009 or 2010. The date doesnt matter. What was DONE is what matters. Seaworld really is a good institution and it really does help animals. Im not going to tell ANYONE the sources of my information because they are TORMENTED AND IN FEAR! Ill tell GOD and Joel Osteen only. No one else. SEAWORLD IS TO GET RID OF EVERY PERSON INVOLVED IN THAT DECISION IN THE WORST WAY POSSIBLE. iMAgine the reason they chose a pregnant FEMALE ORCA who was nursing her baby boy was there were ALREADY TOO MANY MALE ORCAS AT THE PARK IN TEXAS! Doesnt that sound like a good reason to SEPARATE a pregnant and nursing female from her BABY? I WANT TO CLEARLY SEE THE CHANGE THAT IS TO TAKE PLACE IN THE CORPORATION THAT MADE THOSE ABOMINABLE DECISIONS! Back to the video. More than one person witnessed TAIMAs behavior of banging her head against the GLASS VIEWING WALL (#66 on Park map which is drawn in the wrong location on the seaworld web site park map). This is the only point for which I do not have 100% certainty so Im going to postulate the following: TILIKUM attacked DAWN, the trainer, in February of 2010, because HE and EVERYONE ELSE could hear his love, TAIMA, banging her head against the glass viewing wall and SCREECHING (recorded on the video). The reason TAIMA was banging her head against the glass viewing wall while she was pregnant was, I postulate, because Tilikum and TAIMA were not being housed together while she was carrying their BABY! TAIMA always banged her head against the glass viewing wall AFTER she gave birth to a baby. THEREFORE, I postulate, TAIMA banged her head against the glass viewing wall WHILE SHE WAS PREGNANT because she was miserable and sad because she and TILIKUM were not housed TOGETHER! TILIKUM, was also tormented, because HE was not housed with his love; TAIMA. And TILIKUM had to listen to TAIMA bang her head against the glass viewing wall and SCREECH inside the same container of water (pool) that is partitioned by metal passthrough gates. Sound waves travel through that whole pool. Sound travels faster through water than it does through air. I cant begin to imagine how horrible TAIMAs cries sounded to Tilikum under the water; where he took Dawn. I postulate, Dawn was Tilikums symbol for what Seaworld was doing to Taima, Tilikum, and their unborn baby. Taima and her baby died when she tried to give it birth four months after Tillikum killed Dawn... I think I need therapy now. This is unreal. It makes me want to weep. I dont know what to do. I am NOT God. Here you go... Somebody please do something with this. Im not talking to anyone except for GOD and Joel Osteen. Nobody else. ALL OF THE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THIS HORROR ARE TO BE SHOWN ON TV AND SENT TO PRISON!!!!!!! SEAWORLD IS TO BE FIXED! Back into the park Ive known most of my life. A park that helps animals who survive unfortunate circumstances, heals them, and then returns them home. A park with BEAUTY, and education for HUMANS to be aware of what we do, and HOW IT AFFECTS NATURE AND GODs CREATIONS! I WANT THIS FIXED NOW! AND I want people to go to Seaworld and give them MONEY because it is up to ALL OF US to care for the LIFE with whom we share this PLANET! Right now it feels like a curse. But I know its a blessing... God tells me so.
