I dont rant often, so bear with me... angry pregnant lady warning... So theres a seat belt missing in the backseat of the car that I purchased just under 2 months ago. My little brother pointed it out and I called them right away. They told me to bring it in when I had time and they would fix it, no problem. I bring it in today and 6 or 7 different people had to look at it to determine that the seat belt had been cut intentionally. The service manager then accused ME of cutting it in an attempt to possibly remove a car seat!!!! I dont even have a damn car seat yet. He pointed out indentations in the seat that were clearly caused by a car seat when they were clearly caused by the catering equipment located not even two feet from where he was pointing. Not only is this a serious safety issue, I mean, how do you miss a non existent seat belt in your safety inspection, but now its a customer service issue. Theyre going to fix it, but Im so angry that Im shaking. Anyone out there know how I can get this guy fired or at least yelled at a whole bunch? Dont EVER go to Middletown Nissan . Im livid. *end rant*
