I feel so upset today... Didnt bother going to work today, wanted to be there for my God daughters 7th birthday party... This always happens, So I gave myself a break... been working for the past week am so tired... Maybe its time I should do something about it, almost every crisis I end up working alone... Sometimes I just wish I had a co worker that would work with me, work as a team member, sometimes I need a lot of help in the evenings when the crisis occurs in the community, Maybe its time I look for another job... Dont know what to think anymore, Many times I hear that I dont do anything, dont know what that means but am working my ass off out there and by responding to crisis calls... Should ask the people how they would feel if I resign from my position... Just getting tired of this trying to do everything by the book...
