I finished the Befaco BF-22 from a kit last night, its such a great filter, the kit was pretty easy to build, I finished it in two sit-ins. Its a dual resonant filter based on the Sallen and Key design, in this case it is based on transistors and an OTA. The two filters can be set to LP or HP. There is an attenuverter for cut-off CV and an additional unattenuated CV, also CV for resonance. There is an active volume control for each input which allows you to overdrive a little and finally, you can link the left side to the right!! The filters go into self oscillation which produces a pretty symmetrical sine wave when you crank the resonance. Only slight downsides are the resonance doesnt have a huge effect over the range (but does work nicely over the last third or so) and its not the fattest sounding filter - but it does work solidly! Freakin amazin for the price!
