I freakin HATE hatred, and Im pissed as hell at anger. Which is hypocritical, I know. I acknowledge my faults. Its a hobby. Sigh. So fed up with the human race. So much beauty, so much love, such squandering. Hate your job? Lots of folks WISH they had a job to hate. Hate illegal immigrants? Feel blessed you werent born in a country youd risk your life to get the hell OUT of. Hate those nefarious rascals who mooch off the welfare state? Get over it. Among those moochers are a multitude of hungry children and old folks and disabled folks who put to good use that 13 cents of every tax dollar. Havent really noticed that piddling amount keeping anybody from Wal-Mart or the McDonalds drive-thru. Hate gays and pot-smokers? Dont be gay. Dont smoke pot. Please explain to me how it affects your everyday life. While its pretty much accepted as a myth that we only use 10% of our brain, I think the case can be made that we use far less than THAT on shit that actually MATTERS. Anger and hatred have become our favorite forms of entertainment. Were a lowest-common-denominator society. A cesspool of mediocrity and intolerance. A Confederacy of Dunces. (one of my fav books!) Lord. Im such a people person.
