If you are considering buying into a Canyon Gate or Land Tejas community, PLEASE RE_THINK IT!!! There are a few new communities that they are considering building out in Humble. Balmoral will be down the road from me. Dont do it unless you you can wait for years on end to get what is promised for your community. Mine has been eight years in the making.
